Phone line was dead inside the house. In short order it was diagnosed and fixed. The service is now back and the sound on the line is clear.

after they installed the network cable they left one of the phone unusable. Now I have one room with no phone that I have to get someone else to fix that issue. they replaced the phone jack Rj11 but it did not work.

"Everything was fully functional when we left. The customer actually helped us test everything before leaving. Honestly, I think he did something to his network to produce this issue.. He never called to ask us to come back out to warranty our work or anything. Everything worked perfect before we left."

As a Senior, I thought I would be quoted a really expense price. David quoted me on a fair price, completed my wiring, computers, network and WIFI printer. EVERYTHING! He took the time to explain in detail what to do/use and suggested to call for help if I needed any Tech. Support via the phone for free. I tried Geek Squad before and Rane Communications puts them to shame, for half the price. Thank you David, now I Skype with my Grandchild and family every week. :)
