I was told I would have a structural report over two weeks ago. Anthony Ehlers has completely ignored my multiple phone calls to his work number, cell number, and emails. This is holding us up much longer than expected on a big project. The company will not return a call either. Do yourself a favor and look for another company. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Came and did survey. Never got report. Will not return multiple phone messages. Find someone more reliable and professional.

"The client left 2 voicemails on back to back days inquiring on the status of his project after we had visited his home. Unfortunately I was on the far side of the state, with limited cell service, working on one of our larger commercial projects when he called. I wasn't able to immediately respond to the clients voicemails, but did so on the following day. Without giving us the benefit of the doubt, the client left a poor review of our services on the same day as his second voicemail, before we had responded to him. I did respond to his voicemail and finished the project. I additionally provided extra drawings free of charge that were not part of the original fee proposal. The project was completed to the clients satisfaction. I feel that it was unfair to have given us a 1 star review and stated that we are not reliable or professional simply because he didn't get a voicemail responded to on the same day he left it."

Anthony Ehlers, Jr. was very fast in responding to my inquiry for a foundation inspection. He took a lot of pictures, throughly explained any answers to questions I had and treated me with respect. He took a lot of photos and demonstrated his integrity by being very fair in his report. I will absolutely use him for future projects.
