Overall a good experience and happy with the service. Only issue was we were quoted "X" amount for tune up and outdoor unit cleaning and wasn't informed about an additional "trip charge" prior so ended up running more than we planned. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and showed us pictures before and after cleaning..

Mike or as I like to refer to him as “Magic Mike” did an exceptional job repairing my HVAC unit. He was on time, professional, and he demonstrated sincere care in his work approach. He also took the time to educate me on the issue. Price to repair was very reasonable. I will certainly use his service again.

Mike Agyei is the most honest and trustworthy repair man I have ever met. He works with Ranger HVAC. He came to my house after another company suggested I needed a new furnace. McCarthy services came a diagnosed a bad infusion motor. They quoted an outrageous amounts for replacing the unit. McCarthy services said my unit was over 15 years old and needed total replacement. The fact was that there was some dust build up on my unit and Ranger HVAC came over and had the furnace running in 15 minutes, for $75 service call. My unit is only eight years old. The irony of it all is that McCarthy services had my maintenance records and never indicated my HVAC was in such disrepair. Ranger HVAC is the best and most honest master technician I ever had. I recommend them highly. I will have them services my home for as long as I live here and be assured of honest recommendations and good services. Ranger HVAC is the best repair group I have ever had. Thank Mike for you professionalism and hard work. You save me hundreds of dollars. Thank you for your honesty.
