Our family had a great experience with Ranger Recovery and Restoration! They assessed the situation, arrived on time, were polite and courteous, and completed the job quickly. We were very happy with their services. They finished within the day and even provided helpful preventative maintenance suggestions. Everyone from the office staff and management to field services crew were extremely caring, competent, and efficient. We very much appreciate their services and highly recommend to others.

My first experience with water damage and I could not have gotten a better company to take care of my dilemma! Within 2 hours I had a crew in my basement and family room getting rid of the water and damage caused by my sump pump. They removed wet carpet padding and disposed of it. Then they proceeded to clean up and within 3 days my basement was dry after using their wonderful efficient equipment.This wonderful company made a nightmare disaster bearable in every way. The crew was so very respecful to myself and my daughter as far as explaining and keeping us informed of what and how they would be doing for us.What more can I say... if you need expert restoration work done call Ranger Restoration. By the time they were done you would never guess that there was serious water damage...totally impeccable work done by this wonderful company! A Plus service and crew!!

Mike and his employees were very accommodating. They responded promptly and coordinated their time with my schedule. The several guys who were involved in the mold remediation and subsequent painting of my basement walls, as well as reorganizing its contents, were polite respectful, and conscientious in their efforts. The basement looks better than ever. Thanks to all!

Had a water line break and Mike came out immediately, removed water set up dehumidifiers and fans so no moisture issues could arise. Came back sprayed everything with fungicide and painted. Looks perfect and have had zero problems since. Would highly recommend!

Seemingly good work, but it has been months since they finished and they still will not provide me with a final invoice for my records, despite calling and emailing them over 10 times with the request. Would be a five star if it wasn't for this. Will update if I ever receive it.

They pumped my basement on a Friday night after backup and never returned till Tuesday afternoon to clean up the devastation. They removed/ took away some items w/put my approval first. Put my door back on wrong and never fixed it. Took fans out after 1 1/2 days when basement was still very wet and had high humidity. Very unprofessional and empty promises.

Paula we are sorry you didn't have a good experience with us. We removed the fans after we checked the moisture levels and they were well below what the IICRC and the S500 recommends. Also we pumped out your basement on Saturday morning as it was 2 AM and returned asap since the entire area flooded. We were also the only company to notify you that your entire basement was covered in mold because no one had properly dried your basement before. The only REAL problem you had with our company is that you tried not to pay your bill in full and were forced to.
