Mike, one of the owners, quoted me different prices for the same job. When I called him on it he got really abusive and cursed me out and then hung up on me. Mike is crazy and needs to go to an anger management class. A real good businessman this one.

"I spoke to this nut more than a week prior, and then he called me out of the clear blue telling me he wants service. I told him out of all of the BS leads that I get I cannot remember every conversation. So when he told me The square footage I told him it would be $70, that?s when he told me that I told him it was $65. So I said OK seeing how I do not have any notes I will honor that $65. And he was OK with that and he was scheduled. And then he calls me the next morning to cancel calling me a liar and that I was nefarious. So yeah I did tell him to go fly a freaking kite. It has been so frustrating with all these nonsense leads. Angie list."

I had true green and they were terrible. You’re just a number there no one cares about you or your lawn. I put in angies list I was looking for a new lawn company and instantly I received a call from Mike at Ransom Brothers. It’s a local business you actually speak to people that live and know your area. My lawn has never been better. My lawn caught a fungus and it looked so bad and it was a Sunday when I noticed it. I was so worried I lost sleep. I was able to text Mike about how worried I was about losing my lawn. He got Chuck out and he calmed me down and explained what it was and why. Chick knows a lot about lawn if not everything. He knew he could bring it right back. I was still worried but he was right and my lawn is amazing again. I trust this company and will never leave them. I can always count on them . If you’re thinking of leaving the lawn company you have now then do it and go to Ransom Brothers. This company truly cares about you and your lawn. Thank you!!!!

When I have expressed what I wanted to happen with Pest Control in the past I have been met with arguments and debate not with Mike Flemming and Ranson, he took the time to listen to me and provided exactly what I needed for my animals and my family regarding pest control. We live on a canal that attracts all kinds of wanted and unwanted wildlife. A+ I would definitely recommend this company especially this technician - you will not be disappointed.
