We are selling our two houses. Mr. Ranson did two inspections for us. I respect his wealth of knowledge, kindness, and honesty. He showed up timely. His inspection is very detailed. After taking many pictures of each area, he took time to educate us about the house, and gave very informative advice about ways to ensure safety and improve the house. He sent out the report timely. He is passionate about his work, and empowers the customer with the information and knowledge to make homeownership less stressful, and guide our final decision whether to whole sale or retail the houses. Very professional. Working with Todd Ranson and his brother was a pleasure. They were able to do the inspection the next day after initial contact. They were prompt and courteous and very thorough. Very thorough. Todd explained exactly how the service would go, was prompt and showed us every step he was going to take. Best part was the infrared camera used which will show whether you have a large insect or a rodent infestation in your walls. He also climbed through the entire attic even given the heat. The final report was very clear with supporting pictures. Great service!
