I had the worst experience ever with a company. I hardly write any bad reviews, however with this company I'm not satisfy at all. The technician that was in charge to view the issue about the refrigerator came & took a look at it & he stated it was the panels that was causing not to cool. When the same technician came the second time then he stated it was the compressor that wasn't working properly. Then I received a call from a employee member and they stated they weren't going to resolve the issue of my refrigerator because the technician took pictures of the compressor and provided false information in the report. We as consumer we pay monthly to receive good customer service & get our solution resolved right the first time. In this case was very unhappy with the technician because to be honest he did not know what he was doing at all. I hope a staff employee can put a smile on my face because I'm very disappointed at this point. I know REVIEWS go a long way. I hope they can resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you!!

This company is disappointingly unreliable. I hired them to fix my dishwasher, stovetop, and range hood. They were rapid at scheduling the service appointment, but have gone silent afterwards. Itâ  s been 7 weeks since I hired and paid them, and theyâ  ve not called me back, provided any updates (my dishwasher parts were delivered to them on July 29), or solved my issues. I canâ  t even get ahold of them and I call multiple times a week. I would suggest hiring a more reputable company, as you are likely to pay this one for a false sense of hope for resolution.

They changed me $3000 to repair my KitchenAid refrigerator. They replaced 3-4 major parts and of course had to unplug and turn off water valve. Discovered that they did not turn water valve back on thus causing damage to ice maker. Refused to take responsibility, would try to over talk me and refuse to let you complete your conversation. Kept saying that is another part and not acknowledging that they should have turned the water back on. Their warranty font is so small you have to take on your phone and zoom in. They will tell to sign it everyone signs but talks about how they will not be responsible for any damages that may occur to your home while they are making the repairs. Would not stand up in court print not size that any human can read with great vision. Do not use

I am truly sorry someone did that to you but you are killing my reputation for nothing. It is a joke that Angi Leads allowed this to happen after several phone calls to them and the customer. I do not even know this customer and have NEVER been there! If you want your company to get false bad reviews then Angi's Leads is the way to go!"

Rapid Repair is the go to most convenient fastest appliance repair company in Texas. I experienced Allen repair my dishwasher in my home with his magic hands and common courtesy. I most definitely will be using Rapid Appliances in the future and would recommend this company to others.

Allen Dismuke showed up to take a look at our induction cooktop which completely stopped working. Within a minute or two of troubleshooting he flat out insisted our cookware was the problem. I assured him the cookware worked flawlessly for months prior to the cooktop malfunction. He proceeded to call a fellow technician at Rapid Appliance Repair who â confirmed our cookware was the issue. Despite KNOWING they were wrong, I went to BB and B to buy a brand new induction skillet and took a quick video of the cooktop STILL malfunctioning - proving our cookware was NOT the issue. I immediately sent Allen the video. No response. I called him direct the next day to confront him. He said he was not in front of his computer but once he â looked into a couple things he would get back to me. Another week goes by with no response. Radio silence. I called him yet again only to find out he is in Vegas and suggests I call the main line, which I did. No one answered so I left a detailed voice message with a request for immediate action. Surprise surprise.. NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALL. This company is a flat out scam. Absolutely DO NOT call these crooks if you need any appliances repaired. They are flat out liars.

This company went the extra mile to get my business and was very efficient and fast at getting my repair done so I didnâ t have any water damage. Appreciate the time and effort. I had a leak in my water dispenser in my Samsung refrigerator and I also had a water problem underneath the deli tray. All issues were taken care of very efficiently, he was factory trained in Samsung, and even told me about the Samsung product so was very pleased with the service
