Rapid Carpet and Flooring Installs

On a positive note he got to work on my tile earlier than I expected. Was not happy with part of the work. He said he would come fix it but has yet to show up. He also needs to clean up better. Left grout wiped on door, cupboards and walls.

Terrible communication, didn't show up several times for work as promised, very messy, took the money for the job before he was finished and then didn't finish the work so ended up firing him. He was doing several jobs simultaneously. Unreliable and very bad experience.

Robert arrived on time and was very reasonable with his pricing.

He was pretty fast. He just needs coaching on cleanup. He told one of his guys to finish up a job and they never showed up. Later, I found out he took on another job before he finished mine.

Maybe okay for floor or flat surface. Claim he has done 1000's of jobs but I had to stop him part way through the job and when I started looking at under the tile I was suspicious. My husband went over and agreed. Under the tile was an extremely poor job. I husband was able to pull off the tile with his hands (no tools used) and he did not break one single tile. After paying for 1/2 the job we had to tear everything down and start over.

Came out earlier then expected which we were very happy about - even in a snow storm. Great work and very fast. Would highly recommend and will hire again for any of our floor projects. Thanks Robert!

Installed Tile was not listed in the "specific project" list, "installed countertops" was the closest. These guys did a great job on the tile work on my kitchen and bath remodels. The tile looks great and they got it all done in two days. They even threw in the work to do a custom mirror with a tile surround that is truly one of a kind.
