Mike came out the same day I called for a quote when my old furnace expired! He then installed a new furnace two days later! He was also very helpful with options to add an ac along with the new furnace. Mike also had to do some additional structural work to fit the larger furnace as well as reposition my garage door bracing and properly bolting it securely. His work and that of his crew (Nick and electrician) was well done and they tidied up all the scrap and even removed a crack mirror that I had in my garage! Mike Atwood was extremely professional in telling me what was going to be done, what he'd be looking for as far as diagnostics were concerned, and how long it would take (which he nailed). Took great care to not disturb surrounding areas and left everything in great condition when he left. Would absolutely recommend Mike and his staff.

These people were awesome. They were out within a couple of hours after I called. They worked quickly with my insurance company to provide requested information and get a claim filed quickly so that I would not be left in the cold. They worked hard on the installation to accomplish all that was required in RAPID mode. They even offered to help me carry in firewood. Personal attention was given as well as their expertise.

They are fantastic! I worked with Mike who was very flexible and willing to work with my busy schedule. The estimate was well below other companies in the area and I feel that I got a much higher quality of work. In addition to replacing the furnace, they replace a lot of the old tubing surrounding the system to ensure that everything was in great condition. Mike was even nice enough to help me figure out what was wrong with my dryer while he was there. Great quality products and amazing commitment to customer happiness. I have been recommending them to all of my friends and family.
