The inspection was inside the house (less than 15 minutes). Even after pointing out areas of concern, we were found to be termite free. Then approximately 10 months later, we started a kitchen remodeling project and were found to have an active termite infestation (and the termites were in the areas of concern we had pointed out.) Upon further evaluation by 2 other companies, both companies stated that this has been an ongoing active infestation for much longer than a year.

I had a wasp situation in my garage. Rapid Pest Solutions was the most reasonably priced of the three companies I contacted. The person that treated my garage was thorough and very personable, very likable personality. It has been over 30 days and I have not seen the wasp activity in the areas of my garage. He gave a lot of advice and answered all my questions. He also charged less than quoted since the job was not as involved as he thought when we spoke via phone. I only rated 4.5 out of 5 for price because I don't think I got the first time customer discount. However, if I wanted to pursue the discount, I feel very confident that they would give it on another call. He does not go on top of roof tops but I have a handyman that can remove the nest at the peak of my garage rooftop. The nest has not seen any activity which is great! They don't have many customer reviews but don't let that stop you from a great deal and getting your problem resolved. I highly recommend this pest control company to anyone in need.
