Very responsive with great customer service. Responded quickly to the initial request for a quote and appointment. The pro (Jody) confirmed the appointment time window first thing in the day and showed up exactly when he said he would. Work was completed quickly and correctly, the job fully explained, and the work area left neat and clean. A top notch service experience! This company takes pride in their work.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Rapid Plumbing on time for appointment to install water heater and expansion tank. It took them 3 times to install the system correctly, but once installed, the quality of work was very good. Cost of service quoted in emails was lower price than the bill on site day of service (had documentation of lower price so company honored it). Charged extra for turn-off valve that goes above water heater to keep it to code (unclear why charged if part of plumbing code). Train noise now heard after new location of pressure valve. Unprofessional and inappropriate comments made by 1 plumber.

We had a leaky garbage disposal that needed to be replaced. We called the day we discovered the leak - they came in about 2 hrs on a Friday afternoon, brought exactly the type of disposal we wanted for a reasonable price, and installed it right away. Fast, efficient, courteous and reasonable price for such quick and professional service.

Were able to get to my leaking water heater job on a Saturday when I could be home, did great work. Were a little slow getting back to me when I called to confirm with them that I wanted them to do the job. Great follow up a couple of days later to check on work.
