Chris did a great job and was very thorough. He is certainly a knowledgeable and experienced plumber.

What comes to mind is, "you get what you pay for". The pricing was reasonable, but to put it plainly, if you want sloppy work, (crooked shower handles, crooked shower head, uneven tiles, dirt and pieces of caulk left all over the place), unreliability about showing up, a million excuses explaining unavailability, and have about TWO months of not being able to use your shower because it has not been completed, then certainly hire Chris.

Rapid is an awesome owner operated full service plumber. Chris was great from beginning to end. Very fair prices, great responsiveness. Chris came in and immediately identified my heating issue and gave me several options on the repair - he was very honest and upfront. No BS, no upselling at all - just really great service all around. Both of his workers were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable as well. I would not recommend anyone else. Just go with Rapid!!

Chris was prompt, went above and beyond amd was very fair with his pricing. He even discussed some potential future improvements that could be made to save money. Would definitely recommend and will likely use him again for any plumbing issues.

Chris is excellent. Very knowledgeable and has customer interest at heart. I used his services 2 days in a row because he saw something that could potentially cost me thousands if it broke. He came the next day to take care if it, on a Saturday of labor day weekend!! He is very quick to return calls and follows up. Highly recommend.

Chris was nothing short of amazing throughout the whole process. His associate Benny was pleasant and courteous. Cleared a gargantuan clog in the main sewer line and also changed a hot water heater. Gave expert advice and educated us on proper maintenance. Have already hired him for another job. We were lucky to have dealings with an honest and hardworking individual such as Chris. Followed through on everything he promised and I was genuinely impressed with the rapidity and cleanliness of his work. A+++++ would recommend highly to anyone needing a great plumber at a reasonable price.
