What A POSITIVE Experience - Nov 2025 Chris Owner was GREAT. Replaced a 25ft waste line cracked pipe. Chris and team cut wall to access and repaired wall to perfection. They took away old materials and work was quick/clean and super efficient. Also calls/questions AFTER work was done were returned and answered. I can't recommend Chris highly enough! From the moment he arrived, (for the secondly time!) he was the definition of professionalism—punctual, well-prepared, and clearly very knowledgeable in his field. It turned out that we had a leaking faucet in our kitchen sink that went through the basement ceiling. I panicked when I saw the ceiling bubble up and reached out to Chris and although he had plans with his family he was at my time within the hour. When he arrived he took the time to fully assess the situation so he doesn’t miss anything. Chris genuinely wants to help his clients, not just get the job done. What really stood out, beyond his technical skills, was how respectful and courteous he was. He treated our home with care, cleaned up thoroughly after the work was done, and was always polite and considerate. If you're looking for someone reliable, skilled, and just genuinely great to work with, Chris is your guy. A true professional and a fantastic person all around!

Chris came immediately after I called about the leak. He was very professional and considerate. He took the time to methodically troubleshoot the problem. He gave a very reasonable estimate. He came exactly on time the day we scheduled the repair. He replaced all the corroded pipes and even replaced another corroded pipe that he noticed after opening up the ceiling for no extra charge. I was impressed that he tries hard to minimize water disruptions. I think the water itself was only shut off for about 1 1/2 hours. I love that he also replaces the sheet rock and spackles and paints and cleans the area afterwards. It's also nice that he gives construction/ water heater advice as he notices things in the house. I'm definitely recommending him to everyone I know. I included before and after pics of the ceiling.
