Called for lid lock on washer repair. He had to order 2 parts, so delayed repair. Didn't show up when expected, then played phone tag the rest of the day until he said he had to come the next day, but was still before 5pm. and found out he lied abount the 2nd part, wasn't really needed. Will not hire again.

"Our policy is to confirm our customer is home and ready for service, so we offer a courtesy call 20-30 min prior to arrival. If this call is not answered nor called back in a reasonable time we sometimes have to reschedule. We called during the window scheduled and again 30 min later with no response only to receive a call 2 1/2 hrs later so yes we had to reschedule, we were no longer in the area. As far as the part comments most washers have 2 hinges since one was missing we ordered the missing part, upon return we found the original hing receiver with broken hinge in place, We would've needed to add a $65.00 hinge receiver in order to repair the unit properly consumer declined. Both lock and hinge had to be ordered."

talked to chuck 8:30 a.m. he arrived at my house 2:30 p.m. fixed problem. chuck was courteous, prompt, and thorough. will hire again if needed.
