Water Heater Installation and Replacement
The 50-gallon standard water heater was installed successfully but the quality and cleanliness of the job were below par. After complaining via email and showing pictures, the team was responsive and came back to do a better quality job. Was somewhat satisfied with the revisit but then saw fingerprints and smudges on the side of my newly painted house. Now regard for cleaning up the site but work was fast with marginal quality.

Arrived on time, very professional. Compared to first plumber with estimate he went under the house to ensure the front yard leak was he only one. Estimate was more than 1/2 off first estimate - offered us coupon, ensured we knew to reach out to town of Cary to have bill adjusted. Showed up the next day - repaired pipe - job was done neatly and quickly

Left broken pieces of piping, which they broke during water heater installation. Damaged door trim for crawl space door, and never mentioned anything about it. Left the pressure tank not in an upright position, but angled leaning against the foundation wall

Quick to respond. Easy going, no hard sell tactics. Very reasonably priced. I had a gas line installed, plus an electrical outlet, and bonding for gas stove installation. They are on top of it all. Highly recommend!

They were quick to respond, got me an appt time same day w/o the emergency fee. I ended up having two technicians come out. The first time, the repair didn't take, but they quickly sent someone else out that same night and issue was fixed at no extra charge. I will definitely use again.

"I am very sorry for any misunderstanding or disappointment with this repair. Our Plumber did much more than replace a simple flapper. She completely rebuilt the unit including removing the tank and replacing the tank to bowl gasket. This included the fill valve assembly, flush valve, flapper etc The price was presented in writing prior to any work being performed and was authorized by the homeowner. We offered to replace the entire toilet which would have been appx an additional $100 installed but the homeowner declined and accepted the quote to rebuild. The plumber listed was assigned on the job from 10:30AM to 1:30 PM . I understand plumbing can be expensive but at all times we presented written estimates and did not perform any work without direct approval. Again I am sorry for any misunderstanding but we did our best to get approval to proceed at every option.We will be glad to discuss with the homeowner at any time if they feel we did not properly communicate Thank you. Sarah was great! She came in, assessed the issue, assisted in the cleanup so she complete her work, replaced my old garbage disposal with a new one, and advised me that my dishwasher needed replacing too which caused water damage to my home. Sarah went above and beyond her required service while entertaining my little one who tried to help. I would definitely call them for future repairs/replacement. Great quality and affordable cost!
