Rick came out and to look at my wet basement. Very friendly and honest. Gave me a good quote. Checked around and his price was unbeatable. He then got me scheduled quickly. His crew was very nice and respectful of my property. They were fast and efficient. They even went the extra mile to cover my stuff in the basement and save my grass where they dug to bury the pipe. Not expected but very much appreciated. Great experience all around and I can now not dread every time it rains

We had issues with standing water in our basement. Rick, the ower, came personally, the very day I inquired, and his honesty on our situation made us sign the contract. He never tried to sell us more than we needed to solve the problem. The price was reasonable, they came within a week to do the job, the guys that did our job were courteous, friendly, respectful, and overall very professional. I highly recommend this company. Because of Rick's knowledge of our problem, and how to remedy it, I now have a dry basement and am able to store things and not worry about them smelling musty. If I could rate them 10 stars I would.

I hired this Company in good faith since they guarantee their work. After Rapid Response completed a waterproofing job in my basement, my sewage line is blocked and drain lines from my plumbing fixtures are chopped. Despite advertising a guarantee on his work, the Owner is not willing to help fix the issues that started after he finished the job. I even paid money to hire a licensed plumber to send an underground camera through the sewage line to locate the area of the blockage and it turned out that the blockage is indeed in the area where they worked. I shared the results with the Owner, but still getting nowhere. I hired an engineer to give a second opinion and the engineer shared the same points on the location of the blockage and added that they *butchered the job* after seeing the chopped drain lines. Rather than fix the problem after sharing the evidence of the underground camera and the simple fact that the problems started after Rapid Response left the site, the Owner of Rapid Response is offering to fix the issue for as much as $300 per hour - it is ridiculous. He is also pushing blame on a company that simply laid cement on the basement previously (none of these issues were experienced after they left the job.) Not to mention that I already paid Rapid Response $3,800 to get a small basement waterproofed. I'm in an awful situation and I would not wish the additional problems and headaches on anyone nor will any of the Brokers who are seeing their work.

"Shishir, we met with you the day after you called in a ice storm to accommodate you on a Sunday. We fixed your issue from a prior company?s mistakes. Our pictures and pictures you provided at the start show the plumbing in disarray and sub floor plumbing not where we did our work. Another company you hired to fix your sewer problem showed you it was our fault. Still, even knowing we didn?t cause your problems, you requested free labor from us to fix it threatening a bad review. We will not be blackmailed for free labor."

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. My basement was leaking almost every time it rained and I had already tried to have the problem fixed once by another company, unsuccessfully. I thought it was hopeless but Rick came by and gave me a really thorough assessment of the situation and a very, very fair quote to fix it. They were fantastic about working around my schedule to do the work, and they came right when they said they would and finished on time. My basement has been 100% dry ever since and it has been really tested by lots of heavy rain. They did beautiful work, were super nice, kept my house clean during the process, and totally solved the problem. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Rapid Response devised a solution to install a sump pump and drainage system in our frequently flooded basement. Their prices were in line with or better than other estimates and worked through a few obstacles. The proof, however, was in the dry basement during two (so far) downpours that would have definitely left us bailing water in the past. In addition, both the owner and his workers were unfailingly helpful, polite and considerate, leaving the space cleaner than they found it! We highly recommend them.

Prompt responses, straightforward estimate (no surprises), good quality work, very accommodating. Having to deal with house repairs remotely is a challenge (with a property manager or none). Rapid Response (Rick) made this a good experience, very customer focused. Will highly recommend.

The Workman were professional, courteous, and got right down to business. The sump pump is working very well! They had to remove flagstones and lawn to install the exterior underground piping and it went seamlessly. Highly recommend!!

Had continuous water issues in basement, had 2 big projects done in attempts to resolve but to no avail. Called Rapid Response, they were on site within days, completely resolved my water problems. Rick is a God send, I had been at my wit's end when I spoke with him about the constant water and no break from it. The destruction of personal items. He was caring, he did a thorough walk through of areas of concern. Rick is knowledgeable, he didn't try sell me what I didn't need. I gave him a budget (after 2 other water projects my funds were low) and he sure went above and beyond. Thank you Rick and teammates, water is gone after months and months of seeing it. Day 2 after the project gone. I so wish I called you first in the beginning. I highly recommend to folks call Rapid Response before trying anyone else. You will not be disappointed.

It truly is a rapid response, I had water coming in, and the humidity was causing havoc in my home. He gave me a step by step on what we needed to do and was cautious not to sell me something that I didn't need. Communication was excellent, and I received an estimate the same day, which is so essential for me. Super responsible and I haven't had a problem since.
