Rapid Response Plumbing is exactly that and more. I had a issue over the weekend and called frist thing Monday morning. To my surprise someone was at my door by 9:00 a.m. and the problem was completely fixed by 3:00 p.m. the same day. Being a single mother of 3 there is always a fear of being taken advantage of, I absolutely never felt that way with Rapid Response. The team laid out exactly what needed to be done and why. They did not just tell me they backed up thier word with pictures. I was in the loop the entire time and always felt confident in thier work and professionalism. I would without hesitation recommend Rapid Response to anyone looking for a plumber. I hope I never have the need to call one again but it I know who I can count on.

DeShawn did a great job diagnosing my dead water heater (21 years old! Flush your water heater yearly and you too can have this happen!) and making sure I knew my options for replacement. He and Jalen spent the next day throughly taking care of the installation of my new tankless system. Woo!

I ve NEVER had a plumer show up on time till now on fact they we re about 10 min early!
