the people of Rapid Response were excellent to work with and they were excellent with my insurance company when they did the job the project was laid out so when the roofing crew showed up materials were on site shingles on the roof waiting. what a great wonderful job they have done even neighbors were very impressed. job very very well done

RAPID RESPONSE ROOFING. What a great job these hard-working roofers did for me! I am the ex-wife of a roofing contractor of 25 years so I know quite alot about roofs! When it came time for a new roof I called upon RAPID RESPONSE ROOFING. What A great experience I had with them! I have recently had surgery and they were so gracious helping me every way possible to get my roof installed under fluctuating circumstances that were my fault! They use a great quality shingle and their installers use great care while removing and replacing the old shingles. They had my entire roof removed and replaced in one day! They did come back on the second day to make sure everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction and removed all trash, nails, waste that was left over. The installers took special care to overlap each shingle giving it a really standup look versus the flat install. They replaced the plywood, under layment paper with the color shingles I had picked out from a board of many different colored shingles. Mark the gentleman that I worked with the majority of the time was even kind enough to have my back door re screened for me as it was tattered and torn. I can't say enough great things about this company! If you need a new roof call them first! They will give you an estimate and work with your insurance company if need be. Which will save you quite a bit of money. They know the whole process and take over control of getting your new roof on with the least possible hassle for you. I would be happy to give anyone information they May need in order to go ahead and make your roofing process so easy. You won't be disappointed and I know this is a truly a reputable company that knows roofing inside and out.

Easy to work with and very efficient.

Overall, we had a great experience using Rapid Roofing for our re-roof + repair of chimney cap and gas appliance vents. We would definitely go with Rapid Roofing again ... and I'm pretty picky when it comes to having someone else work on my house. Rapid worked directly with the insurance company to make sure the claim process was as easy as possible. Their roofing crew was efficient, friendly, and thorough. Their management was responsive and made sure any issues were promptly fixed. My only complaints are minor. The crew could have cleaned up after the job a little better. We found numerous pieces of old felt/shingles and a few nails sprinkled around our yard. Also, some of our plants were damaged by their tarps/ladders. Again, none of these issues would stop me from recommending Rapid. They only caused the experience to fall just short of perfect.
