Arrived when they said they would! Offered several options of how to make the repair. They were straightforward and I appreciated their honesty. Did a great job! Would definitely recommend them!

What I like about Rapid Response Roofing & Construction was the quick response and honesty when giving me an estimate for the work. They came and clearly explained the work they will be doing. They did an excellent job and I am really happy. Before leaving, they told me to give them a call if I have any questions. It shows the professionalism of this company. I would recommend them to anyone.

The quality of work was great. The professionalism was great. They helped me through every step of the way with the insurance company to get the claim in and all that stuff. Awesome experience. Needed some shingles repaired right before we closed on our house. RRR called me within 30 minutes of contacting them through Home Advisor. Came out that same day and quoted me $500 less than a previous estimate. Work was done the next day and looks fantastic. Couldn t ask for much more. Definitely recommend these guys for all your roofing needs.

Very fast response time...was at my house within 45 mins of me calling. Bill arrived, was professional and gave sound advice for the issue i was having. Sealed my window with caulk for free! as it may have be the source of the leak. Gave me advice and direction on what would be needed if problem came back. Overall great job. Definitly recommend rapid response for any roofing needs.

They came out the first dry day and came out a second time to inspect the leak to make sure they didn't miss anything. The installation was completed the next dry day. They definitely earned their Rapid Response name. I would highly recommend.

Great work for an honest price. All the other companies wanted to charge double or more. I had a small repair job (roof vent flashing) and the others priced it to basically so not to do the work. Thank you Bart!

Overall great experience. Roof looks awesome. Communication, replacement of roof, clean up, and cost were excellent. Extremely nice and fair.

Bart was awesome to work with. He came out and made everything simple and smooth. His coworker Bill even came out when I had my insurance company came out and inspected the roof to make sure we would get approved. Bart came out to the house while the project was being done to make sure everything was going to plan. I highly recommend using this company and specifically Bart and Bill.

Excellent work in a timely manner, great customer service. They did a grate job cleaning up. Bart was in constant contact though out the process.
