    Rapid Restoration was excellent to work with on a water damage issue I had discovered. They worked with me on cleaning an affected surface as well as air quality testing so we could have exact information for the best health of the home. They were able to get started the same day and were professional and wonderful to work with from the first phone call through the completion of the job. Chad is very knowledgeable and his crew was great. It turned out that we did not need to take additional steps for remediation because the diagnostics came back without concerns. I appreciated that this team had the skill and abilities to provide information and work up possible plans from "best case to worst case scenario" then take the most fitting action. We found a perfect result for the home at much lower cost than could have been the case without such an honest exam. I had two other companies out to look and Rapid stood out in terms of timing, communication, assessment, and an efficient plan. I couldn't be happier and will definitely call them again and highly recommend them!

    Mr. Cook is exceptional--he advised I wait until the temperatures become warmer to check for mold. In the meantime a lawsuit concerning the conditions in my home have accelerated and I may not need his services, but I definitely would recommend him--Rapid Restoration. He was prompt and and was very much in charge of the knowledge one needs when mold is suspected in one's home.

    I had DKI Rapid Restoration remove a lower bathroom wall about 5 x 7 that was covered in surface mold about a month ago. DKI did the tear out and they prepped for drywall. The estimator seemed knowledgeable as did the team leader that was onsite. I did a fair amount of research on the subject prior to the estimates so I had a basis of accuracy for what I was being told. Every member of DKI was very respectful to me and my home, and answered any and all questions I had in a timely manner. The job was reasonably small and only took about 3 to 3 1/2 hrs. Their price was fair and within range of the other 2 estimates I'd received. There was a square footage price error in the estimate which I found and was corrected. I wasn't happy that a small, but additional charge was added when I pointed out the square footage error. The main reasons for hiring this company was that they didn't push for unnecessary services, the information they gave seemed to be accurate and most important, they gave a line item bid. I would recommend this company.

    Rapid Restoration DKI utilizes the estimating software Xactimate 28.5. Almost all charges are based upon square footage or linear or cubic feet, depending on the material. When the square footage falls below a specified number in the software, a minimum charge applies. Once you go above that threshold the minimum drops off. We cannot repair 4 s.f. of drywall for $10, so a minimum charge kicks in. Once the job becomes a certain size, then square foot pricing applies.
