Some of my furniture was lost, damaged and I did not get what I paid for. A few of the employees were great and helpful however they did not arrive or deliver on the correct days and one gentleman was very rude on the phone. I used their in house claim service but have not heard back. I would not recommend using this mover. I had high hopes in the beginning but the move itself was not good.

They completely ignored my calls wondering where was the truck. I had several phone numbers to call. Everyone did not respond for over two weeks. I called and found out they lost their license. My furniture was somewhere not even close. Then, I get a call from the driver looking for my house. He was in another part of the state. The keeper me on footage and overcharged me after the fact. Nothing was taking off the truck until I paid the higher amount of the bill. NEVER AGAIN.

After the WORST customer service ever and a nightmare experience, our stuff finally arrived, and between what they stole and the damage they did it was $150k. We are taking this case to court. Do not recommend whatsoever

DO NOT USE. packs with no padding. All broken in shipment. Bait and switch at delivery to get more money. Wonâ t answer phone calls after delivery. STAY AWAY. Use a name brand service. The extra cost is worth it. This was my 5th transcontinental move and the worst experience of my life. Tried to rate ZERO stars.

They broke every promise on the delivery window (1 to 10 business days). After the 9th business day, they said it could be another 10 days but could not guarantee. They let me pick my stuff up in Ontario CA and move it to Colorado on my own. I clearly misunderstood that I would get ZERO refunds! I moved me and they kept my $5,,925 (btw, they up charged me at pick up by $2,000, even though my sqft was less). I paid $5,925 for them to move me 48 miles; I moved me 855 miles! At least they were not responsive! If you use them, you are nuts.

Great communication, patient and kind, and fast, careful pickup and delivery of our items. Not to mention professional, something I have found lacking in other moving companies. Will hire them again in a heartbeat!

The workers showed up on time, were very friendly, and loaded all of my furniture into their truck quicker than I expected. All of my belongings arrived in the same condition they left in. I will be recommending this company to anyone I know that could be of use to these services!

I was trying to send them a parcel to displace it to my aunt. They have delivered it perfectly and at the right time. She was so happy, and her antiquities were safe. The following shipment is going to be sent to me through these people! Fantastic job, boys. I highly recommended it.

Although I was disappointed overall, let me start off by acknowledging one big plus: They delivered our stuff within the time frame they said they would. So why only a 2-star review: 1) A few pieces were missing and the boxes came completely manhandled with several things broken inside. We have moved ourselves in the past and our stuff arrived in slightly worse shape this time despite hiring pros to move us. 2) The communication was poor. They told us that our stuff would arrive on a given day and it didnt. When I called to find out what happened, the person only focused on trying to pass blame to other people rather than helping me figure out where things stood. Then the day it did arrive I got no warning. 3) The pricing process left us feeling very manipulated and cheated. So over the phone we went through the house and I told them how much stuff we had, they then made an estimate of how large of a job it would be. I told them that it seemed small and I asked to come out in person to do a quote. They said they wouldnt because it was the busy season (FWIW - I think this is standard operating procedure for everyone in the industry). Then on the day of the move they showed up, they told me that the job was bigger than they expected and that it would cost $23K instead of the $9K we had been quoted (and that they would **generously** cut it down to just $19K for us). I thought they had underestimated the job and that it would cost closer to $12K or even $15K but I was not prepared for being told it was $23K. And given that the original quote was for about $5.50 per cubic foot I still think they overcharged us by a lot! (I dont think we had anywhere near 4,000 cu feet. However, at that point there wasnt much I could do. We had to be out of the house by the next day and so we paid it. I dont think that using Rapid Van Lines will lead to a complete nightmare/disaster (you will get your stuff), but I cant recommend them either.

We moved a few years ago and had a terrible experience, so this time around, we were very feared but had a very positive moving experience with this company. I am impressed and would love to book them again.

Moving with Rapid Van Lines was perfect. The movers were recommended to me by a friend who has moved with them several times. I had and were able to disassemble and reassemble it exactly as they found it in my new place.

This organization has been in business for longer than loads of fancy ones. Experience means a lot in this business. They had been very apt at dealing with heavy furnishings and sensitive glassware. These men took their time but never were they slow. They delivered my property undamaged. I have no complaints against them.

We just hired Rapid Van Lines this past weekend to help us move across AR, and it was such an easy and smooth process. They showed up on time, were quick yet careful with my stuff, and were very reasonably priced. The moving team treated my stuff like it was their own and showed great concern towards my family and me, Will hire them for our next move!

We used this outclass moving to transport our things, and it was very nice to move because the team did everything on their own. They have been very fast and have taken special care of all our belongings and are highly recommended.

The best moving company I have ever used! They were amazing and reasonably priced. Not a single bit of damage on any of my things. I had a great time with them, and I will definitely use them again. They are just the best.

When I was talking to their guy on the phone, he was confident. He was helpful, and he had answers. I felt comfortable going with Rapid Van Lines booking. The guys they sent for move did a good job for moving. They did not damage or scratch anything, which was quite pretty. I highly recommend them!

If you are making a long distance move and considering using ******* Rapid Van Lines ****** - a word of cautionâ ¦. DONâ T!!!!!! I had a contract with them to pick up my things and move across country and provided them a deposit The contracted date was at the latest, 6/27/2021. On 6/29/2021, the company informed me via text messages, that they would not be able to pick up my job and they were going to send the deposit back. This is now August and I still have yet to receive my deposit back. Iâ ve tried reaching out to the company for information/answers/resolution, and keep getting directed to â Tiffanyâ . You canâ t reach corporate offices, Accouting or anyone other than Tiffany, and sheâ s not proving any information. DONâ T BELIEVE ANY OF THE REVIEWS - THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER (LITERALLY)

The quote was very competitive against 5 other companies, and their service was amicable and professional from start to finish. The vehicle arrived on time and the Polish driver, while speaking little English, was a very cheerful chap, and nothing was too much trouble for him. The delivery in SC took place the next day as planned, and my effects were discharged without incident. I am delighted with Rapid Van Lines making the whole experience very stress-free. I found the staff to be very courteous and professional and extremely caring with the goods. They make sure to load and unload things in a careful manner; nothing was damaged. I would highly recommend the staff and company.

The guys who delivered our belongings were also friendly and handled our belongings carefully while working at a good pace. I highly appreciate their service! They did a good job, and I am so impressed with their professionalism.

WORST Move Ever! Quote jumped almost 50% at pick up to over $12k for a 2 room home, no Couches or appliances. Delivery was a full MONTH past my requested date. Movers showed up at night, many hours late. I helped for 6 hours or they would have been here till 2am. Many items broken, damaged, melted in the 11 days in their truck (told me 3-5 days). Had to keep on the Unpackers to open and reassemble everything. ALL the packing materials were left on my front lawn except they refused to take *my trash*, only their blankets. Had to pay trash hauler $150 days later. Do NOT use this company.

I am using these movers twice, and my moving experience was perfectly the same as before. The movers were always on time; even this time, they were 15 minutes earlier and ready to start. I am always amazed by how hard the movers work. They are really so professional, and I highly prefer their professionalism!
