They are scam artist they submitted a bill for 43,000. My insurance company calculated the work at 5,000. Their bill was filled with falsehoods that never occurred. I would advise everyone to stay far away as possible!

Arrived 4 hrs late. Took 3x time estimated which took till 3:30 AM !!! Estimate of cost was 1/7th of actual invoice. Mislead about insurance requirements, timing mandates etc. Super high pressure to act quickly before chance to check on insurance, health requirements, etc.

Charged my insurance for clearing the water, when I had done that myself the previous night.

Beware. Very hard salesman pushed hard for contract to be signed before I could confirm insurance coverage. Misrepresented insurance rules about requirement that work start within 72 hours of flooding. Reluctant to give me ballpark figure for cost, but eventually agreed that cost would be roughly same as cost I told him next door neighbor had paid for same work , i.e. $3000-3500. They submitted an invoice to my insurance for $22,000 for removing carpeting, baseboards and lower 2? of drywall. I was told workmen would arrive 5-6pm and take about 2-3 hours. Workers actually didn?t show up until 8:45pm and worked noisily until 3:30 A.M.!!! (when not outside taking smoking break) . Now my basement is an unfinished war zone, I must pay my deductible and the costs over my insurance maximum coverage for sewer back up damage, and still must have everything restored. My experience with this company has been and continues to be a nightmare.

Sent only one person. He worked smart and hard, but could have used a helper. I helped move heavy items and furniture. Fans and dehumidifiers in place drying things for 2 more days.

Experienced, knowledgeable, nice work, honest. Highly recommended.

Arrived promptly and did a very thorough job. They came back and retrieved their equipment after several days to allow it to thoroughly dry.

When we brought items to their attention that required further attention, they were quick to accommodate.

Robert was very helpful and punctual. I noticed a sewer back up in my basement toilet around midnight. Their was matter and water every where. I called Rapids Restoration, they arrived 15 minutes early and did a perfect job. Im very satisfied with there services. A very friendly company indeed.
