Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
He was a very nice person who communicated well. He went on the roof and attic and seemed to know what he was doing, but our roof is still leaking. He said he would guarantee if it still leaked he would come back and fix it. Said all we had to do was call him, but I have called several times over the last two days and no response.

Kevin was great and I appreciated his willingness to start the job quickly to fit our circumstances. Friendly and professional with good communication and we are very pleased with the work he did hanging our range cooker hood as well as a couple of of smaller handy man jobs. Would hire him again!

Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
I hired Kevin to repair a roof and I gave him a down payment on 12/04/19, told me he would start within a day or two, I called and text him, left a voice mail with him, and he has not got back to me. He told me on 12/23/2019 he would be at my house at 8-8:30 am. I told him everything was wet from the rain the night before. He said he would be at my house on 12/26/2019. On 12/26/2019 he texted me he would be there on 12/27/2019 at 8-8:30. He showed up around 10-11 and brought a tube of clear sealant for the repairs on the roof. It rained on Sunday with water pouring down on my front porch. Monday 12/30/2019 I tried to contact him. He never responded until 11:40. He said he would be here Tuesday 12/31/2019. He never showed up, never called. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. HE TOOK MY MONEY! - Scott S.

"Scott, I believe this is a unfair review! No one could have known that my business partner would pass away. I will fulfill our obligation to make necessary repairs to your roof and I have you on my schedule for Monday(12/23) @ 8am and communicated that with HomeAdviser when I spoke with them. I appreciate your feedback but I dont believe your review covers the complete facts, you neglected to mention that it has rained and temperature has been below freezing. Due to type of existing roof, I cannot In good conscious make a repair that I know will not hold. I believe that I have made the correct decision in waiting until weather improved to m"

Chain Link Fence Repair or Alter
Kevin was eager to please and had the skills to do it. We hired him for chain-link fence repairs, and the work is excellent. I have the sense he might be sort of new in the business, but he seems committed to professionalism and customer service. I'd hire him again for suitable work.
