very knowledgeable, professional and polite. came when my heat pump stopped working, two other companies said the unit was bad and not worth replacing. he found a leak that was repaired in the spot and replaced a round metal can and its been working great every day. he also found a clogg in my unit and cleared it. before it would take about 2 hours to heat the house but now it's done in minutes. would suggest to anyone, he knows a lot!
