No one deserves a 5 star rating, because there is always something that they can, or should have done better. The above said, I gave my first 5 star rating to Raquel’s Insulation. The estimate and install is completed by Jose who worked for one of the largest Insulation companies in the KC area as their top installer, for more than 5 years. That company was sold for 30 million, and Jose and his wife Raquel, decided to take that learned on the job in all situations skill set into a new company venture owned and operated by them. I had 8 different companies bid the project. 4 of the companies billed for more square footage than actually existed on the project which of course eliminated them. 2 companies had Better Business Bureau Complaints and online consumer complaints. Lastly 1 company disparaged his competitors professionalism all the while his statements of past performance could not be verified. Jose laid out a course of steps that one would need to take and why each step was appropriate for the current situation. At this point I should add that Jose was the ‘ONLY ONE”, who gave me the correct course of action. The project was a Garage total insulation, Ceilings / Walls . Jose’s attention to detail was second to none. The project was totally cleaned, and left in perfect condition. 5 STARS EARNED THE OLD FASHIONED WAY.... Do it right!

Great service they do a great job.

I was looking for insulation upgrade(s) estimates. This was for floor joist, wall and attic insulation. I was very happy I contacted Raquel's Insulation. I compared estimates from several other companies and found them to be more concerned about their profit versus what I wanted from an insulation upgrade. Raquel's gave me a perfect price for my budget and my experience with them gave me the feeling that they were there to do what was best for me, my personal comfort, my home's value, my future energy bills etc., rather than their own profits. I am very thankful for this excellent experience!
