Larry over charged and did a very sloppy job, do not hire this guy.

BEWARE! Larry Rarick wrote a contract to work at an hourly rate with a maximum total cost for labor. He and one other guy worked an average of @ 3.5 hours per day for 4 days to install 200 s.f. of snap together vinyl tile in a kitchen (rectangular with 2 small coves and well over $10/s.f. for labor . (Most estimate I see are $2-$4 /s.f., highest is $7). The work was sloppy and the shoe molding barely covers the gap to the wall. If the floor shifts at all the gap will show. When he reached the cap (set by him) he demanded more money. When we refused, he left the job unfinished. They wasted a lot of time in setting up and cleaning to leave after a very short work day with many smoke breaks and hiding behind their van. Oh, but he was very friendly and helpful before he decided to quit.

Larry was very fair, timely & professional. There was one job he knew it would give him a hard time he advised us your better off with another contractor he was better qualified & reduced the price of his services. Already hired him for another project.

Joe Bishop the handy man they sent did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would call them again.

I hired Larry to fix a leaking toilet. He came over and diagnosed the problem and supposedly fixed it. That night, the leak got worse. He came back out the next day and tried charging me several hundred dollars more for another repair. Had he repaired the problem the first time around, I would not be in this situation. My husband went out and bought the part for 15 bucks and repaired it in 30min. I don t know why he was asking for another $200 dollars for a 30 min job with a 15 dollar price tag. He was not willing to budge or come to a happy medium. It was his way or no way. Find yourself a real professional!!!

They showed up late, they did not call, and the quality of the work was below average.
