Ricky came out right away to install my sink plumbing, and fix a leaking toilet. Fast, courteous, and good value.

We started a bathroom renovation by ourselves on our only bathroom with a plumber who agreed to help us. When we were ready to have him come in, he never returned our calls. Ricky and his crew agreed to take on this staged construction project and they have been wonderful to work with. Although we have not yet completed this project, Ricky remains in touch with us during this process. Right now he is dealing with a major cold weather snap and customers asking for immediate help due to frozen pipes. If my water pipes were frozen, I wouldn't want to wait. They're just good honest guys, and we feel fortunate to have them work with us. I highly recommend Ricky to anyone. Just please don't bother him until our project is done (unless you have burst water pipes or a broken heat source).

Gave an accurate estimate for our outdoor spigots installations and were even able to accommodate a last minute additional request of a dry vent installation. Delightful, timely and professional. Would use him again.

A wonderful young man came to our summer cottage, earlier than expected. He fixed our kitchen faucet quickly while I had expected him to replace it. Then he fix a leaking pipe and installed a new heating element in our hot water heater. He worked quickly and neatly, and his bill was very reasonable. I will use Rasco plumbing again and will recommend th to anyone who needs a plumber.

A nice family business. Three generations came to the house. They were on time, on budget, and most important I got my certification.

Changing my review because work on my running toilet was not top notch. The guts of my toilet were replaced all except for the flapper which was very bad and probably the main reason it was running. When I called him about it he didn't have an answer for why he didn't change the flapper as well. Said he couldn't come look at for two weeks. Not acceptable.

Ricky came out on the worst blizzard ever to fix our broken pipe. We called at least 20 contractors and nobody could help. It meant so much to us. Ricky went above and beyond to satisfy and fix our problem. I would highly recommend them! He even offered to come out at a later date to fix any potential problems that might occur down the road before ther happen. Very pro active. Can't thank him enough.

I went on homeadvisor left my info right away I was contacted and was told could come out in a couple hours they arrived in an hour. I was pleasantly surprised on how quick they responded. Ricky was very friendly, honest, and worked quickly. Solved my problem and didn't gouge me with a high bill. I would say I would recommend them to my friends and family.

After waiting 2 months for a plumber to come install a recently-purchased vanity & sink, found RASCO on Home Advisor. Ricky called immediately, and we scheduled for 2 days later. He showed up promptly at the appointed time, and was very pleasant. Installation went well, & looks lovely. Also had him take care of leak under kitchen sink. Would hire him again. Took several business cards to pass out.

The guys where right on time that they said they would be there. Had great ideas on adding the plumbing for the upstairs bathroom we where putting in. Told us about other leaks we had while adding new lines and fixed them also without going over the price they quoted us at to much. Over all very professional and got the work done in one day..

He was a honest straight shooter. He cleaned up the mess some other plumber did. He passed my inspection!
