We hired Mark in October 2023 to install a new Rennai heating system in our home. from the very beginning we had problems regulating the heat in several of the rooms. Despite several phone calls we didnâ t receive a response so in November 2023 my husband sent him an email to which he received an automated response that someone would contact us shortly. No one ever did January 27th we have no hot water, our heating system is powered by hot water. We called 7 times but couldnâ t even contact his phone. Sent another email, received an automated response. Sunday January 28th called again, this time connected and left a message. NO RESPONSE. Today is Monday, called again, still no response. He gave us so many verbal assurances that his work was guaranteed for one year. His word obviously doesnâ t mean anything. we are now desperately trying to find someone to come and fix the issue/s before our pipes start to freeze. My advice, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE
