Disappointed with the service. The technician lacked a clear plan and spent more time walking back and forth to get tools one by one than actually fixing the problem. Very inefficient and unprofessional. Would not recommend. I had to hire others to fish the fix.

The tech arrived on time as scheduled. I then had a brief show and tell the problem. After that he gathered his tools and started to work to resolve the problem. In 20 min the non functioning lights and fan are working.
It was a great experience for me. The service was transparent and work quality was progrssional.
