Left job without completing it. One of the workers was rude and condescending.

Raspberry did multiple jobs for the owner over the last 13 years, all jobs have been Paid in Full (which means work was completed, otherwise we would not have been paid), As far as a rude worker, this is the first time I have heard about that (we have not done any work for Ms. Streer since 2018, I don't understand why it took a minimum of 3 years since the last job to advise on these things, interesting)

We had Raspberry Building cut into our brick side to add a picture window and repair another window. Their work exceeded our expectations. We expected that we would be able to see from the outside evidence of remodeling. That did not happen. The window added a lot to our house and you cannot tell the window has not always been there. I would highly recommend this company. They were easy to deal with and the workmanship is very professional.

Excellent! Rick was very professional and gave us a very good price on installing 27 windows. The crew that installed, Royce, Robin and Jimmy are true craftsmen! Perfect installation and very neat! Windows are amazing! Thank you Raspberry!!!

Wrong windows were ordered. After two months, i still do not have this project completed, and getting answers from the company is impossible. No effort to give me an idea when I may see the completion of this project. Customer service is awful. Now I learn that I wonà à ¢à à t see the windows for another month to month and a half. This puts us into the middle of January which is the coldest time of the year. I am not having windows replaced in January. So now it will be spring before I get this project finished. COmpletely unacceptable. UPDATED 1-12-19 I HIRED RASPBERRY BUILDING, NOT HIS SUPPLIER!!!! IT IS UP TO RASPBERRY BUILDING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. 6 MORE WEEKS ON AND NO ANSWERS!! Updated 4-24-19 We finally got the work done a few weeks ago. One of the windows was still the wrong window, but Royce made it work. I just hope it holds up against the cold and it's not drafty. Company did give me a discount for the trouble. I promised that I would update this review. The work itself was very good. Royce did a great job and the windows (even the one that's actually wrong) look good. Cleaned up afterwards beautifully. I will steer clear of the supplier this company uses for the windows though. Also, one of the installers was smoking right outside one of the removed windows, which blew cigarette smoke into the house. Not acceptable at all. You're working in someone else's house. Smoke elsewhere.

I understand Tara's frustration, I am with her. Unfortunately, the specialty windows came in damaged & in the wrong size, they had to be reordered. The windows are in the process to be remade & it is difficult to get an answer on my end. Tara sent an email on Monday 11/26 (Monday after Thanksgiving) asking for an update, I attempted to get an answer & could not immediately (again day after Thanksgiving) give an answer. I am at the mercy of the manufacturer for answers & will not 'make up an answer' to pass on. Finally received information & advised Tara (she did not like the answer) & blamed me for the delay. I am doing everything possible to get things taken care of ASAP & will advise Tara on any updates. Unfortunately, things happen.
