The ONLY solution if you are experiencing the common, unwanted, South Florida, rodent, houseguests. Even though they were the most thorough they were not the most expensive and had the best warranty and overall approach.

I paid 50% deposit or $1360 for total Job of $2720. Insulation job was scheduled for 7/24/2018. They failed to show or call to reschedule. I understand things happen. Followed up on 7/30 to ask why they didn't show up and requested deposit refund. No response as of 8/14/2018.

Ratfree Wildlife Solutions did a terrible job! He owes me $1200.00 and he will not return my phone calls. I signed a one year contract with him. He is not doing the service at all and will not give me my money back.

Spray Foam Insulation Installation
Michael came to give and estimate for duct repair or replacement. Because of the age, placement, and composition of the ducts, repair was not an option. Replacement would be a huge job in cost and mess for the relatively small area due to lack of crawl space. Michael suggested an alternative. He is the most ethical, courteous, and knowledgeable, professional I've met in south Florida.

They came the day we called and started work that day. They returned when they promised and called frequently for follow-up. Even though our problem was more extensive than originally thought, they continued to come without charging us more than the original price. Trustworthy and effective.

I didn't have rats in the attic after all but Mike didn't try and charge me instead he upgraded all the access into the attic and now I don't have to worry about any rats getting in
