Before selling my house, I wanted to upgrade the insulation in the crawl space. A fine job was done in installing & pest control. I found it a bit pricey. And I’m still waiting for a copy of the receipt. But good work.

Hired Orkin to install blown in insulation in attic. They also removed yellow jacket problem. The insulation has boric acid to prevent insect infestation which we are very happy about. I was impressed with their cooperation in dealing with a dementia parent in order to install while he was out of house. That was not an easy task! We found them to be very professional and nice!

We hired Orkin to remove all of the drop-ceiling and vermiculite and was very pleased when the job was complete. I just needed to finish vacuuming the carpet, and now we're ready for the 2nd phase!

costly,but a good job

The service was first rate and they recommended I get my gutters repositioned because they are not angled correctly to drain and had sitting water in them.

Arrived early. Did a professional job. Cleaned up afterward.

Even though our house is tiny, only has two gutters, and is one story on one side, the were still charged a base rate for a two story house, which wasn't cheap for a half hour job. Worth it anyway, I think. The estimator and technician were both very nice and professional.
