The price was reasonable and the process was quick and efficient. We waited to give a review to see if our roof was water proof and it was. We also had our city electrical box moved to main house wall. Rattler took care of making arrangements with the city to make sure it was completed correctly. As a person, Mike is nice. He is no nonsense and gets down to the point. His pricing was great, and the quality of work was great.....However, he is not good at calling you back. Sometimes it takes several messages and several days before you hear from him. When we had our roof replaced, he had to take our solar panels down and the critter guard that was protecting the solar panels from the squirrels and raccoons (we have a huge problem with both). When the roof was done, the solar panels were put back up but not the critter guard. We called Mike to inquire when we might get it put back up. He said he would call his solar guy. We had not heard anything after about a week so we called him back. Then we called again, we finally got ahold of him and he said he could not get ahold of his solar guy. He will give us his number. We called, nothing. Then, Mike said he would order the critter guard and send out his roofing guy when it came in. To this day, NOTHING. STILL WAITING.

Rattler Roofing was very professional. They gave me a great rate and they completed the job in minimal timing so there was no disturbance to our household. I would definitely recommend them.

Wow! Rattler Roofing did an outstanding job on my roof! When we found out that we had a hail event in our neighborhood, one of my neighbors recommended Ratter Roofing and Mike Bailey. Mike was so easy to talk with and explained the whole process. I found out from Mike that you have 12 months to file a claim after a hail event or your insurance will not approve a replacement or repair. Mike uses Eagle Vision Drone to do the roof inspection and it takes measurements of the roof along with pictures. I filed a roof claim and had USAA come to do an inspection and yes the roof was damaged and the claim got approved. We had to go out of town for about a week, but when we got back I got with Mike and we scheduled the roof replacement for the next weekend. His crew tore the roof off in one day on our large roof and started putting some shingles on the same day, they came back Saturday and finished the job and cleaned up. I would recommend Rattler highly!

Mike is a no-nonsense down to earth get it done guy. He provided a detailed listing of products and cost estimate. Work began immediately. His crew was courteous and professional. Mike was onsite (meaning up on the roof) often. The test came this past week with all the heavy rains. All was snug and dry. I am just delighted with the quality of the roof and the workmanship. I highly recommend Rattler Roofing.

Best Price Owner came out to quote, the other companies quoted over the phone. Work was excellent quality with no additional change orders. When work was complete Owner came out the following day and inspected for quality of installation and made certain all debris from workers were picked up. If you are reading this trying to make a choice of which Roofer- this company has my recommendation.

he came and looked at the roof and did not find a problem with it. But he did find a large pile of leaves behind the chimney and around the supports for the conduit from my solar panels. He said that that all the piles of leaves may have blocked the water from flowing down and that it then ran to the side and got under the tiles from the sided which caused the leak. He also went beyond looking at the roof and used a leave blower and his hands to clean off the roof and blow out my gutters. After doing all this he said that if this was not the problem call him and he would come back & find and fix the cause. All this for no charge!
