The work was done in a very timely and efficient manner! Raul and his workers were able to complete the job a day ahead of time making things much more pleasant for my family!!! Mr.Rivera was very honest and upfront about what was needed and answered all of our questions and concerns to our full satisfaction. Raul and his team are the best I've dealt with in contractor services, He took down the old tile in the shower and put up new tile with a 12 x 36 inch niche with mosaic tile to highlight it, put in a very heavy shower door that was 200 lbs and not very easy to install, also took out and replaced old vanity with a new one, Will definitely hire him for my next project. Extremely professional.

My experience working with Mr. Raul was so professional and his work is top notch. He handled my house as if it was his own. He was very helpful in saving money without shortcuts. Raul has completed numerous projects for our Condo Asssociation over the last year including painting the lobbies & common areas, drywall repairs, garage maintenance and various electric and plumbing repairs. Raul and his team are able to perform a wide array of repairs which has saved us an absorbent amount of time and money by eliminating the need to coordinate multiple vendors. Raul has also addressed numerous unit owner repairs/remodels earning him preferred vendor status for our Association. His rates are very reasonable, he is trustworthy, and he is willing to provide recommendations and answer all of our questions (I have lots of questions) to ensure we are satisfied with the outcome. We will definitely use Raul for future Association projects and I'm looking forward to him updating my bathrooms in the near future. I would highly recommend Raul for any project you need done.

Do not hire this contractor!! He does not live up to his work or quality. On two of the projects I hired them for they never finished the work. Raul told me he would fix the work/issues his workers messed up and he has never been back and has not responded to any of my messages. I now have to hire another contractor to finish the projects he started. This work includes a bathroom vanity that was installed improperly, which they damaged during the process, plumbing work, a butcher block countertop they installed incorrectly and too high, touch up painting and patch work they never finished. These projects have been paid for. Due to Raul's non-response I now have my attorney involved. Stay clear of this contractor you will only have problems.

"Me and my crew have been doing work for this customer for over 7 months. 90% of the time I have customers provide materials for the job to help save money. He would schedule us to come back and not have the materials. Every time it came to payment he wouldn’t show up nor respond for several days. All the work we were contracted to do is completed with the customer approval and payment. I always go above and beyond for all my customers. I always have a contract for the work and any change orders."

We had a small kitchen, separated by a partial wall to the dining room. The wall was torn down and replaced with all new cabinets, countertops, appliances, an island, flooring, pantry shelves, new lighting, heating duct moved, electrical moved as needed, laundry area upgraded, and a cute coffee corner made too. Raul and crew did great work and were reliable and trustworthy. very pleased with the outcome.

Raul once again came through for me! My bathroom went from extremely ugly and outdated to very fresh and modern looking. Work was done in a very timely basis and everything was cleaned up after completed. Raul removed the soffit in the shower, added lights in there and a niche in the shower. I cannot wait for Raul to complete my next home project. If you're looking for an outstanding contractor, I highly recommend Raul. He can do it all!

My kitchen was damaged due to the condo above me. I was worried that my newly renovated (2019) kitchen would never look the same and wow was I wrong with the work that Raul did. He was fantastic to work with; professional, timely, great follow up and follow through, efficient and restored my beautiful kitchen back to new. We were so glad we found Raul as our contractor for our laundry/mudroom project. Raul was reasonably priced and gave an honest and realistic timeline for completing the job which was why we ended up choosing him as our contractor compared to others. He was always professional and thorough in explaining/planning out the work to be done on time. Raul and his team always cleaned up after everyday of work and was quick to respond to any of our questions throughout the project. Our project was around the Christmas holiday, Raul and his team worked very hard to get things done before Christmas. Even if there was an issue/problem; he made sure to fix it to make sure everything met our needs and expectations. We love our new and improved space. Went well at first until he had to return to complete installation of a shower system that he did not install properly. Was called several times to request that he return, and did not respond to requests. So please beware. He turned out to be a huge disappointment.

"I would like to advise who ever reads this review it is from a customer that wanted us to install wood planks in the shower!! I advise him this isn’t a material you want to use in the shower but he insisted we use it, also the shower valve they purchased had missing parts and was the wrong one and we were advise to install it anyway. This is how the project went the entire time. I’m also still owed money."

What I appreciated the most about my experience was that they showed up promptly everyday and finished our job before moving on to the next. We’ve renovated two houses and have experienced the frustration of going multiple days with no one showing up, or working two hours then leaving to work on another job. The quality of work was outstanding. The only complaint I have is we had to renegotiate a price in the 6 weeks between when we signed original contract and the work began. I understand that materials have gotten crazy expensive, but this is the first time I’ve ever had a contractor try to change a contract like that.
