After checking our client and project records, we could not locate a customer named John R. or a matching project listed as ?Repair Interior or Exterior Doors.? Without a service address, invoice number, or the name under which the work was scheduled, we are unable to verify that this review relates to work performed by our company. Regarding materials, customers are always welcome to purchase and provide the appropriate materials before the scheduled appointment. When a customer asks us to supply job-specific materials, the technician?s time spent identifying, locating, purchasing, and transporting those materials is part of the service provided and may be included as billable time. We are also available to review material receipts and invoice charges directly with any verified customer. Regarding banking information, customers who select ACH payment enter their account and routing information directly into a secure payment-processing system. Our employees do not receive, view, store, or otherwise have access to that banking information. Customers who prefer not to pay electronically may contact our office to arrange for payment to be dropped off or mailed. "Transparency is important to us, which is why we provided detailed GPS time logs, technician records, and a full itemized breakdown of every material used on your project. Our technicians often procure materials during the service call if a customer hasn?t provided them, and this time is billed as standard practice across all licensed trades. To clarify: NO concerns about workmanship or billing were raised until after the invoice was sent, at which point the dispute shifted to supplier receipts. While we explained that supplier receipts aren't released since many materials come from bulk stock or service vehicles, we did provide a detailed itemized list, which is the industry standard for invoicing.
