Ed came to give estimate said NO PARTS NEEDED USING EXISTING POSTS AND FENCING would be 1-day job. Steve said 2 days. Were supposed to come Sat 8\8 no show no answers on either of # Ed finally called Monday 8\10 said they would be here 9:30 but due to hearing advisory just taking down the fence coming today to install. Guys showed up with white posts for a dark tan fence said our color had been ordered but unavailable. Homeowners Assoc requires a tan fence and TO HAVE FENCE UP BECAUSE BACKS UP TO NATURE PRESERVE ANY DIRT THAT ENDS UP IN AREA FROM OUR PROPERTY WILL RESULT IN DAILY FINE! Wanted to talk to Ed or Steve to see when posts would be in and REPLACED so guys left. Cannot reach Ed or Steve and Leno Enterprise phone is Suspended. Need resolved asap but no call. No fence it is laying on grass No idea when or if will get a call. NEED FENCE UP ASAP. IF NO CALL TODAY 8\11 WILL CONTACT ATTORNEY. Workers were only good things so far-professional polite did good job so far. NEED THIS RESOLVED ASAP

It all started out great with Revena Fence Co, they were responsive and moved quickly. Towards the end of the job is when things started to go sideways. Things like they missed a gate for propane access when scoping the job, so instead of going back and installing a new gate they took a chainsaw to a fence panel to create a new gate. Or they missed another fence panel and post, so we had to pay extra $175 after the fact. When the job was complete we created a punch list of items that Revena agreed to do. It was November and they said a lot of the things they needed for the punch list were out of stock, so we agreed they would come back in the spring to complete the list. After construction opened up after the pandemic we contacted Revena to complete the punch list they had agreed to. They scheduled two separate times to come and do the work, but didnt show up, didnt call or follow up to say why. Ive since sent countless emails, texts, and left messages all which are not being returned. Were now left with a incomplete job which we paid extra for, which is a terrible experience to have.

Great to do business with. Job was done quickly. The team showed up exactly when they said they would. Fence looks great. Highly recommend Ravena Fence.

It's December - 2015 and in one day I have a fence to let out my dogs so my 91 yr old mom does have to go up and down stairs. It looks favoulous good work and all and all very pleased , I just might do the back yard next....

We did not have vinyl fencing installed, but chose a beautiful dog eared styled wooden fence. Steve was very helpful in showing me how to get the most out of my little dog yard. He was always courteous, cheerfully answered questions and was prompt when he scheduled the job start date. Workmanship was excellent and we now have a beautiful safe yard for my dog. I would highly recommend Steve and Ravena Fence Company.

Steve contacted me shortly after posting request. Originally I was going to replace existing wood with vinyl fencing. I am not a big fan of vinyl but was resigned to it. Steve suggested pressure treated picket and stockade which is what I went with. Steve showed up when promised, worked with me to change configuration, completed work on time. Steve is very personable, willing to accommodate changes and complete on time. Highly recommend.

I liked that Steve is owner, salesperson and installer. He was a man of his word. He came when he said he would and led a very friendly, good-natured crew who seemed to be enjoying the work and each other. They were respectful of my time constraints and need for a fence that would keep in the dog. They cleaned up the yard nicely before they left.

This is a great business. Excellent communication, via both email and telephone. Showed up on-time, finished as scheduled. The project was carefully planned and executed. The quality of the product installed far exceeded big-box store installers. I highly recommend this company for your fencing needs.

The work was above what was expected. Totally cleaned area while work was in progress as well as when complete. Didn't hire Steve for price, but he was one of the best prices quoted. Would hire him again and am telling my friends about him. Thanks Steve!!!

Steve and his team showed up on time and installed fence in a timely manner.

He was the only guy to answer the phone on the weekend and call back. Communication was great for scheduling and installation.

Steve is very professional and respectable to his clients needs and wants. We used Ravena Fence to repair a vinyl fence and gate. The repair was done extremly fast and could not be any happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend this company.
