Ravineview Construction

Very professional and experienced guys. They did a renovation in my house last summer. They did awesome job, very quick, clean and fitted in my budget.

Tim and his building professionals did an amazing job working on my house. I have worked with Tim on several projects and would refer his company for any building or renovation work you may require. His prices are fair and his quality of work is uncomprimised.

We hired Ravineview after interviewing many other contractors. Timur and his team delivered outstanding results. They were always on time. They always found solutions to any problems that came along. Quality is great, their attitude is amazing. Overall, they are a pleasure to work with!

Very comprehensive renovation that matched and sometimes exceeded our expectations

Tim was professional and accommodating right from the initial meeting. Everyone on the team were also professional and a pleasure to deal with! The entire project was done on time and everything met my expectations! I will definitely be using Tim and Ravineview Construction for future renovations!!

Tim and his team did a fabulous job on our kitchen reno. Everyone on his team was very professional, including his designer, Oksana. She listened to our needs and wants and incorporated all of our requests into the design. We took out a wall and did a complete re-design, including moving all of the appliances and having an island put in. Once the job started, Tim's team was onsite promptly every morning, they worked full days, and always cleaned up before they left. They were respectful of our concerns and quickly answered any questions we had along the way. We are VERY happy with the finished product. All deficiencies, even very minor ones, were promptly taken care of. With respect to costs, Tim adhered to his quote and we were not charged for any extras except for things we specifically requested. And, they finished within the timeframe we were given (5 weeks). Overall, we are very impressed. We could not be happier with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Tim and Ravineview Construction.

Love the work completed. They were on time, neat, and pleasant to deal with. Really improved the overall appearance of our house. Would highly recommend this company.

Very professional. Great workmanship. Respectful employees. Very happy with my reno

Tim is the best contractor I could have possibly found. He is easy to communicate with and really listened to us to give us what we want. He is hard working, responsible, reasonable and committed to doing the best job possible. No matter what unforeseen problems arose, Tim solved them. His workers are reliable, skilled and considerate. Best renovation experience I have ever had, and I've had many.

We have recently renovated the main floor in our house. We were very impressed with the final results. It is not easy to find a good contractor and Tim won out trust since day one with his punctuality, expert advice, and his pleasant manner. the project was clearly explained to us and it was followed as stated. Options were given to us for unforeseen issues on design and budget. Family, friends, and neighbors have witness the transformation and we all agree that it was a project very well performed. Thank you Tim.

Tim was always available to help with any queries we had regarding the total renovation of 2 of our basement rooms i.e. new floors, new ceilings and new walls. He finished the project on time and kept to his estimate. His workmen always arrived on time, were very hardworking , obviously knew exactly what they were doing, were very polite and always cleaned up before they left at the end of the day. Tim gave us the names of 3 customers who had had basement renovations and we visited them before we accepted his quote. He did a great job and they were very pleased with his work. We have no hesitation in recommending Ravineview Construction to anyone and we are delighted with our new basement.

Tim was fantastic to work with! This was my first renovation project and it was difficult for me to trust a contractor I met on the internet. Tim was easy to trust right away and he put me at ease compared to the other GC's I met with. The team that did my bathroom was respectful and polite, always on time too! PLEASE call Tim if you want to get a job done right!

Ravineview Construction designed our basement, basement bar and movie screening area, excersice room, bathroom etc. along with our wishes. Tim was always available for us anytime of the day his response time was always prompt, we never had to wait for him or his staff to arrive, they were here when they said they would be, 100% of the time. Tim is a true professional, concerned about his customers satisfaction and a very contentious individual. His staff are hard working, neat and always on time. Our basement looks amazing and Tim offered suggestions when required and always ensured we were pleased with our decisions. Our entire experience with Ravineview was truly a pleasure as were all of his staff, a pleasure to deal with. We will hire Ravineview again for future renovations. Thank you Tim! Exceptional customer service, project was completed 3 days early, Tim understood exactly what we were looking for in our basement. Tim's team is professional and hard working, our basement had to be demolished first, then completely re-done with the addition of a shower. All was done as discussed, on time, and it looks very nice! We are very happy and would recomend Tim and his team for any construction projects.

This was our first home renovation and it was a significant one. What started with a 'minor' job of opening up the kitchen / family room area turned out to be a more significant full home reno. Finding a contractor was a challenging experience and it was difficult to narrow down between the various contractors that came in. The main deciding factor for us was that Tim comfortably held his own in discussing the intricacies of the job with our engineer. Tim was not the least expensive option, however, he was detailed with his quote so we knew what we were getting ourselves into. The job was set to take 10 weeks, and even with delays in getting specific materials ordered by our engineer and increasing the scope of the project throughout, Tim and his team were able to finish the job in 8 weeks. We are quite happy with the quality of materials and workmanship. Reading various posts online about renovations, its easy to get caught up in nightmare scenarios. We were very fortunate to have a professional and courteous team working on this project for us, keeping it on schedule and budget. We would not hesitate to bring them back to do further work for us in the future.

ur experience with Tim Khalimov of Ravineview Construction, Inc. was exceptionally positive. He understood our idea for our bathroom remodel, which involved heavy encaustic cement hand-panted tiles imported from Mexico, and he executed all aspects of this complicated job to perfection. TIm is an expert in his field and he really listens to his clients. So important! Great customer service. I would highly recommend him, without hesitation.

We completely satisfied our bathroom renovated completed by Ravineview Construction. Tim's crew and tradesman are all professional, courteous, and talented. Project did on time with a couple of long days and Saturday to make sure. Can provide quality materials, workmanship, effective communication, thoughtful suggestions, and attention to detail. We would with no hesitation call Tim for future projects and also recommend him.

I would recommend Ravineview Construction wholeheartedly to anyone who needs their bathroom remodeled. Tim and his people are conscientious, respectful, and professional in all aspects of their work. Tim discussed all aspects of the job with us and took our suggestions and ideas to heart even before the job was started. When we did have a question or concern during the reno, Tim took the time to make sure we understood what was happening and why, and did his best to accommodate our wishes. We were amazed at the quality of the work Ravineview did; they paid attention to all the little details to be sure the job was done the best it could be. When the job was completed, the bathroom turned out even better than we ever expected.

Ravineview was more than we expected. Tim and his dad, Alex, were punctual and extremely pleasant to work with. Culminating into a perfectly finished basement in exactly the 4 weeks that Tim promised. We would recommend Tim very highly.

remodelled kitchen, moving existing plumbing and electrical, wall opening to family room. Quality of workmanship was excellent and utilization of existing space made the kitchen seen larger and have a better flow.

I was very please with tim and all his trades. The work was done in a timely manner and with quality materials and workmanship. He is a pleasure to work with.

Tim is very punctual, pleasant and dedicated. He worked through the cold weather to partly finished the project in order to keep the water out. The project is not quite finish due to the weather. looking at the partial, it is fare to say the final project will turn out great.

Tim was extremely helpful in helping us pick out the finishes for our bathroom renovation. Tim took the time to meet us at the plumbing fixture store and tile store to help us with the decisions we had to make. This took a lot of stress out of the process for us. The work was done promptly, on schedule and the workmanship was excellent. I have already recommended him to my parents and friends.

I liked many things about this experience. Consistent good communications, quality work and care at every stage, presenting difficulties and options clearly when things came up. Stayed with the job until it was finished, and was professional in all his actions. Kept things as clean as possible and left things tidy.

I'm Very pleased with Ravineview construction. My Renovation in not complete... still in progress. However to date I'm extremely pleased...
