Ray Germain Property Maintenance

I just hired Ray Germain services for snow shoveling of my residential property. He's come out three times now. So far, so good. I would anticipate retaining his services for this particular project ongoingly. Ray seems reliable, accountable and responsive, as well as price-reasonable. ---Kathleen Donovan

Great work, and I appreciated the continuing communication throughout the project. They will be back to clean my gutters as soon as the weather permits. Kudos, I will use them again as work is needed.

Did a great job. I am very pleased with him, he called the same day I put the request in and came out for an estimate the next day. He came today to finish the work and he did everything I asked him to do. He had a really good price too, I would use his services again when needed!

He was there when he said he would be. He got the job done sooner than expected. He always asked before he did anything. There were over 20 big spruce trees uprooted by the storm. He and his Grandad got them all limbed and chipped up in 2 days, that was quite a job. They worked very hard. Very nice young man with great work ethics and Grandad is a working machine! Would definitely hire them again. They know how to work.

Ray listened very well to what my concerns and wants were. Although we were out of town when his team performed the job, he stayed in contact with me during the entire project and notified me when he had questions. I felt he wanted to provide great work along with great customer service

prompt and efficient. a big help for me.
