Ray P. Litwin Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., installs and services heating, cooling, and insulation equipment and materials in residential and light commercial applications. We have the size and strength to take on nearly any job and the flexibility needed to provide the quality customer service with which our name has become synonymous. It is our commitment to customer relationships and fair pricing that has fueled our considerable growth during trying economic times. Insulation and air sealing will be recommended and installed under the supervision of a Building Performance Institute (BPI) certified building analyst. Energy audits are available upon request and will include all equipment needed to perform blower door testing and infrared imaging. Utility bill analysis, heating and air conditioning safety and efficiency testing, and appliance and lighting recommendations will also be provided. The cost of an energy audit may be as low as $100.
