Cody charged 177.00 to replace a Honeywell Programmable Thermostat on the wall when I even bought the Thermostat from Ace Hardware. At first Cody quoted 246.00 which included a 175.00 charge for 30 minutes. Who charges 175.00? He stood in my house and did not tell me he was charging all this money. Theives!

Extremely friendly Service. Larue was terrific and took the time to show me what he was talking about. I put 4.5 stars on the customer service since I had a time trying to leave messages with the company since they closed at 5 pm ;), but other than that, the service was excellent :)

They were very prompt and fixed by heat pump in two days. A new thermometer and new grilles had to be ordered. As soon as the parts were received, they promptly fixed the heat pump, Its very cool now!

Great customer service, fast in regards to making the appointment and when service/tech can come out to home. Same day service. Tech went over and above his job. He called into the office to get permission to give me the special offer which was already finish. He was able to safe Half the cost because of that. I went and had a service of the unit as well as the repair (which was different) because he saved me money. Now my unit is good for 1 yr plus. I was seen by a different tech from the M-servicemagic listed but he was the greatest. Thank you
