From the initial phone call inquiry to the day of install very friendly, helpful and flexible. The appliance was delivered by another company later than expected and they adjusted install time easily. Technician Jason, was courteous and informative. He really walked me through what he was doing and what he was looking for to guarantee a good result. Very important to a self proclaimed "Do-It-Yourselfer" like me.

I thought the cost was a little high. When they told me our water heater needed to be replaced, they said they would install a contractor's heater which would be higher quality than Home Depot type models. They installed a Home Depot model. They tore the vinyl flooring in the closet where it was installed. They did not give us any info on maintenance other than the paperwork on the water heater and I don't see anything about it being energy efficient which disappointed me.

They were the quickest contractor to call me back... and had someone to my house on a Saturday night wtihin 2 hours. The did not over charge me for the "emergency call" and did great work. They earned a customer for life as a result of this job!! I already scheduled them to come back for a few additional projects.

I really can�t say enough good things about Vinzant Plumbing and Heating. Excellent Customer Service, starting with a discussion regarding my problem, to a verification of the arrival time, to a very personable and knowledgeable service person that was sent. I would recommend this company to anyone whom needs and Excellent Company to address their Plumbing and Heating concerns. This company needs a rating far above 5 stars!
