Although the owner offered to repair the job and make it look perfect and honor his word, we could not have this company return to our home due to poor quality of work, the high degree of mess left behind (overspray, toxic waste in our driveway and lawn). The work demonstrated a lack of skill to refinish our tub and the regard of our home. Although we considered having this company return (with 50% discount), after careful examination of the work, we opted not to have him return.

We have both been communicating rather well with each other and you even stated I could come fix my mistake. Furthermore, I find it rather frustrating that I did everything possible to clean your yard, clean up everything from a former employees mess they left. Which I am well aware they are no longer working for me. I just think integrity I have shown is worth more then this pour review over something I have been working diligently on fixing. Thank again."

Did not complete the job and made it worse. Came back twice and did not even finish. Became combative when asked to complete the work.

Michael resurfaced a tub in my rental and did a great job. You would never know it had cracks. I appreciated that he went beyond his call to help me out with taking up tile from the bathroom floor. He is easy to work with and l found him to be reasonable in his billing.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I booked an appointment, which on the day itself, at the request of the guy, he asked could he change as a job had been over-running. I was happy to accommodate this. On the day he should have turned up - 23 minutes after the scheduled arrival time, no-one had arrived. I received a text saying he was running late by about an hour. At the time of writing this review, three hours have passed and I've told him not to bother coming. We are very disappointed, but we feel that if he asked to change the appointment, he should have made sure that we became a priority on a new day. We were offered a $25 discount and a new appointment, but after being messed around, we will find another supplier. I cannot comment on the guys work, because we never saw it!

Mike is a very personable and also skilled professional. He and Billy did their best to keep the surroundings clean while they worked to resurface the bathtub and the tiles on adjoining walls. The result more than met our hopes. The bath and tile surround look brand new -we are really happy with the work! We enjoyed chatting with Mike and Billy in between the stages of the job. We can recommend Mike and his work without reservation-he is pleasant, hard working, skilled and very professional throughout.

Michael and his helper Billy did an excellent job of resurfacing a bathtub, tub surround, and pedestal sink in our rental property. Once they finished this project, they were amazingly helpful with other jobs we needed done. They installed smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, helped get an electric fireplace up and running, and put in light fixtures. I have never run into such accommodating people and deeply appreciate all they did for us. Michael, the owner, is personable, professional, and a joy to work with. He delivers excellent work with a smile on his face and goes far beyond what is expected for a very reasonable price. I second the A+ quality work and customer service he received in another review. I would definitely hire him again.

Michael showed up ontime during both visits to our home. Which is exceptional considering numerous other contractors we have dealt with recently. Michael performed the refinish work quickly and professionally. He is also a very nice and knowledgeable professional. He came back today to polish the tub and remove some minor imperfections. The tub finish literally looks brand new. We couldn't be happier with the work performed by Michael and Rayne Enterprises.

He is honest and try to save money for me. Instead of resurface the shower pan as I ask, he recommends to chaulk and reseal the crack on the pan. This will be a much less expensive alternative. He told me that resurface expoxy will not stick to my marble shower pan. Another option is to replace the whole shower pan which will be very expensive. He makes sure I understand the options and will not sell me things that will not work.
