Rick and Steve are veteran plumbers with about 40 years of experience in the business. When they arrived at our home, they wasted no time in getting to work on installing a new toilet, installing new flexible hoses in our three bathrooms sinks the kitchen sink, and toilets. They also installed the newer shut off valves. The major job for them was to install a new water pressure regulator from behind the wall in our garage to be installed on the outside of the house next to the water shut off valve. They also replaced the leakng hose connected to our water softener and to insure that it was operating properly. The new pressure regulator relieved the knocking noise that was intermittent depending on the weather conditions. Since It's been installed, we've not experienced any knocking at all. We're very happy about this. Some of the work they did was not so easy, but they prevailed and all the work was done in an expeditious manner. We found their fees for all the work includiing parts was very resonable compared to many plumbers who would have charged us much more for all the work they performed. We highly recommend them, and we would not hesitate to call upon them in the future. They are reliable and honest. They are truly experts in the plumbing business.
