Raynor Door Authority of Las Vegas, LLC

Great folks. They even got the door springs changed out a day sooner then scheduled.

They come out and were wonderful, They book out the door and fix it instead of replace

I am very happy with Raynor Door and their tech Rick. He did a great job and cleaned up all materials, left a can of spray and instructions to maintain the opener. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Richard knew exactly what he was doing. I wouldn’t be surprised if he couldn’t change springs with his eyes close. I thought these days were gone when the work was done and they bill you later. He’s one phone call away so make it & smile. Thanks

requested was routine preventive maintenance which he did then he pointed out the deteriorated seal at the bottom of the door and showed where insects, etc. had eaten it away which explained some of the insect activity inside the garage. We had him fix it. Superb in every aspect

7.21.2021. From the first contact Raynor staff showed care and knowledge of our needs without having to come and give us a physical quote saving so much time! They called on the day of service and updated the time of arrival. David arrived, inspected the broken door, and made suggestions that actually was a reduction in what we were told by another garage door company. He went right to work and was done in under an hour. The door works great and we are thrilled with the service we received! Thank you David!!!

It's one thing to buy a quality product that needs installation and another having it installed. This company has it Right! Great Customer Service, coupled with a Great Product and workman who truly knows what to do.! This is a Company that should be a model for other's to follow. Thank you David and Thank You Raynor!

Dave Whitman is very knowledgeable and a pleasant person to deal with. He is very patient and explains what he needs to do to fix the garage door. He is reasonable on pricing. I will have him do all of my work with garage doors.

Great job

Very quick & efficient. Installed our new garage door opener in about an hour.

The estimated cost, stayed the cost. That is big with me.

Work in progress

Had a wonderful experience with Raynor door authority. They replaced my old wooden door with a new steel door and WIFI opener. The service was great and quick. They got here around 9 am in the morning and left around 2 pm. I would highly recommend this company For it's quality work, quality products, and speedy same day installation. Kudos to David, Richard, and the rest of the crew.

I compared 6 garage door companies and Raynor had the best overall price and quality. Dave the manager and Arturo the installer are well trained and very professional. I always pray to God to help me choose the right product and company and He always steers me in the right direction. I'm so happy to have chosen the right product from a company that makes their own garage door with a great warranty also.

Experience was everything I was looking for. Highly recommend. I love my new garage door!

The installer was terrific.

Top notch service from phone call to completion. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs garage door service. Also happened to be less expensive than the other quotes!

This is the nicest garage door ever. Way beyond expectation. Great value. I will always use this company. Totaly professional.

They were very helpful in answering all of my questions

Great service. Qouted me the wrong price but still honor me what they've qouted. Will do business with again.

Rick was very knowledgeable and professional. We are very pleased and would definitely use Raynor Door again. Thank you!!

Rick was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job installing our garage door opener. He also showed us where we have a crack in the garage door and how it would need to be replaced soon. He cleaned up after he was done and we are very happy with our choice.

Great service while at residence. Once he was gone, I had to climb ladder to get serial number of garage opener. When I called to ask about this, he said he forgot to write it down

Explained why we needed to spend more for our windows and explained why. Very happy with our choice.
