Very professional and arrived on time even called day of service to confirm and to let me know an ETA

Did not do a very good job. I had my furniture and carpet cleaned and they still look like he did not do a quality job. For the price charged he should have done a way better job. I would never recommend him again to anyone.

I think before a carpet is shampooed it should be vacuumed first, I told him I'd have my son vacuum the carpet before he cleaned it he said that was not necessary, he said the carpet would be dry in an hour because I got the carpet dry cleaned, but it was not dry in an hour, also a puddle of water was left outside my door from his machine. I had an inspection of the apartment that day after the carpet got cleaned, during the walk through I was picking up some hair balls that were left behind after the carpet got shampooed that was the reason why I said to Ray that we'd vacuum before he shampooed the carpet.

Great service deliver by Ray, there are two things that I look for. Integrity and to see if you are trustworthy. Ray and his team scored high on both of these. When he came in I talked to him just to get to know him. After all it s a total stranger in my home. I want to know if I can trust that. He s personal, friendly, upfront about everything. There were no hidden additional cost, which checks the integrity box for me. One additional plus: it s a family owned business. Nice work Ray. I will definitely promote his business to my family and friends

Ray, along with his team performed an excellent job making my carpet presentable again. My carpet was beyond filthy due to neglect over many years of not being properly cleaned and maintained. I knew they would be unable to restore the carpet back to new, but did a great job making it presentable to point where I'm not embarrassed to have people over again. Once we are no longer under lockdown.
