Ray rebuilt our balcony for extremely cheap ($6000). We had a complaint from the city about the condition of our old balcony and Ray handled the HDLC permit and built us (from scratch) a beautiful, new balcony (or "gallery" as they are also known in Louisiana). Ray used a composite material for the deckboards and trim that is completely water-proof and rot resistant. The balcony looks as good today as it did when Ray finished it 10 years ago. A wonderful addition to our house!

I hired Ray to repair and reinstall an exterior door that was done incorrectly by a different contractor during a prior renovation. I have a historic etched glass wood door that was causing moisture and leaks. The previous person I used even cut into my original transom above door. Ray was able to restore my door and window to its original, beautiful state while preventing any future water or moisture intrusion. He also repaired some frame and wall areas that had taken on moisture damage from prior installation. Ray is my new go to guy for any projects that require a professional that doesn?t cut corners. He is fair, and very easy to work with in helping brainstorm and find creative solutions that fit my aesthetic.
