Response was immediate. The same day he came out to review the project he started. His pricing was good, I don’t feel taken advantage of so very happy with that!!

Excellent company

I contacted rays electric about 2 weeks ago. The first crew came out for a few minutes to come check out the job and get an idea of materials and then left. They came back the following day and almost immediately left to go do a different job. They came back the following day and worked quickly, so I was not too upset. They seemed to have gotten the job mostly completed but at the end of the day ended up stepping through my ceiling. After the weekend another crew came out and was unsure of some work the first crew had done. Since then, no one has come out from rays to finish the job or fix the ceiling. I have tried calling several times and have not gotten a pick up or a call back.

I have an older home and they did an excellent job changing out my old circuit breaker panel to a new panel. fair price. will use them again for electrical needs.

Rays replaced the electrical outlets in my house on May 21, 2019. One of the outlets stopped functioning on July 23, 2019. I have called Rays twice and had to leave voicemail messages. I have not received a call back from Rays. Are they out of business?

We had two jobs. One was to install a 240 circuit for a hot tub The other was the hook up of a solar system to run a new pump house. Although they had not installed many systems, they did not shirk from setting up the system. While not quite finished with the job, they have identified missing parts and continue to work with us until all connections are made Their communication is great! They always keep us abreast of what is happening and when they would be on site. In addition they used some of the parts we had already purchased keeping us from rebuying items.

Good pro to work with. I had a difficult job and it was well done. I have no problem at all recommending him.

Adam, Jim and Ray were very courtesy to return my calls and schedule work appointment. Work was done without problems and the electricians were polite and effeciant. Cost was reasonable. Would recommend the company to everyone.

Ray and his crew did an outstanding job wiring my workshop. They got to it quickly and were reasonably priced. I could not be happier and would definitely use them again.

The job was not as easy as we thought it would be, but they stayed on it until everything was fixed. Cause of a bad breaker ended up being a faulty arena light, and ants in an outlet box. Can't believe another electrician would have stuck with it. Got all my work done perfectly.

If I could rate these guys 10 That's what they would get from me.I believe one of the guys name was Lance ,not for sure, anyway he was very concerned that I got done what I really needed done. All I thought I needed was a breaker box relocated. He didn't do any extra work without my OK . He showed me what I needed and he goterdone. I was very impressed with all the work they did. X

Ray 's employees are very professional and courteous. They are prompt to the promised time of arrival and his employee was dressed professionaly. He explained what he was doing and left the defective part for my husband to see. I really appreciated the prompt friendly service.

Ray and is crew were very professional and courteous. I was extremely satisfied with their work and professionalism. They were always willing to answer any questions I had and were quick to make suggestions that would make the project results better for me. If I have additional electrical problems or just need upgrades or things fixed I'm definitely know who to call.
