Ray and his team are awesome. I've worked as a Project Manager in commercial construction for 20+ years and have dealt with every nightmare one could imagine. Ray sets the bar for communication, service, and pricing. I left a message describing the work we were looking to have done on our home, and my phone rang within the hour. Ray and I spoke on a Tuesday and by Friday the work was done! This is THE GO-TO electrical contractor in Connecticut.

Had an emergency. Came out the same day and took care of the issue. Great customer service. Amazing work done. A few days later similar issue. Stayed came out again same day. Stayed until the issue was completely resolved. Great price, great service, great customer service 5 stars all around.

Ray is fantastic. He's pleasant to peak with, has an incredibly easy going personality, friendly, personable and explains everything he does without ever being condescending or complicated. He's not "cheap" but he most definitely does not over charge you and will never do ANYTHING just for the sake of doing it. Ray is honest. He doesn't need to con anyone, he gets plenty of business because he's such a cool person.

Ray came to our home gave us and estimate and answered any questions we had. His estimate was extremely fair and we hired him. He completed the job 4 days later as promised - installed 2 exterior fixtures, installed GFI outlets in 3 bathrooms, replaced light switches and fixed switches that were wired incorrectly by the previous owner. He also installed a new thermostat for us (not part of the original estimate) and did not charge us for the time spent. A pleasure to have in our home working for the day! We are 100% satisfied homeowners and he will be our electrician from now on.
