First Class Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Ray was very professional. He did a 3 step process which got my carpets cleaner than any of my past cleaners. They look like new. We are very pleased!

Ray was a true professional. He called to schedule service in a timely manner, showed up on time, did a superb job cleaning carpets, couch, love seat and recliner. He deodorized the carpet, and it smelled awesome! You would never guess we had animals! Rays prices beat out the competition too! I would highly recommend Ray and his service and look foward to dropping his name to friends and using his service again in the future!

Very accommodating... Nice people... Father and daughter.. hard working... Flexible with specific requests for cleaning or leaving areas alone. Carpeting never looked so good. Was able to get stains out that I thought would be there forever. Very impressive!

A little more expensive than other carpet cleaners but you get what you pay for and First Class is well worth it! Ray is professional and friendly and I could not have asked for better service! Ray, who is the owner/operator of First Class Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, is highly professional. He comes across well when you are speaking with him and portrays a great sense of trust through his knowledge of the business and calm demeanor. If communication is key . . Ray is definitely on top of that. Prompt and considerate communication from the first contact on. My (older) carpet had multiple stains (including pet) and I was skeptical about getting them out. Past experiences with others had left me a bit leery. Ray proved me wrong. When the cleaning was completed my carpet looked absolutely great!
