Mr. Ray (Owner) arrived on time. He gave me an estimate of the work proposed immediately. The estimate was reasonable, and I did not feel that I was being cheated due to my hail damage claim. I spoke with two other companies that priced the job out of my budget. He began the work in an organized manner. I have lived in my home for over eight years. I did not recall how to open the windows to clean them. Mr. Ray showed me how to open the windows and I cleaned windows while he replaced the screens. Mr. Ray was very professional and I would not hesitate to refer him to my neighbors and friends.
