After having a few other HVAC companies come down to repair our AC and quote ridiculous prices for extensive repairs, Ray's came down and very quickly accurately diagnosed a few shorts in wires that were actually causing the issues and they made the necessary repairs for a very fair and reasonable price. They showed up on time and were very professional. I am very happy to finally find a competent and honest HVAC company. Highly recommend!

Issues with ac unit and found Ray on Angi web site amongst others. He was quick to reply and set a time that day (Saturday) and showed up on time…. Looked at the unit and diagnosed the issue….. motor was bad…. Looked at the motor and found out it was still under warranty….. Said he would order the part and when it arrived he would call…. Within a week he called to set up a day to repair the unit…. It’s been a few weeks now and still performing like new….. I called him back just a few days ago to mention that the new motor is a lot quieter then the old unit Definitely will be using Ray again if needed and will recommend to neighbors and friends….. Very professional with the job and up front with everything that was being done to repair the unit…. Thank You

Fast, clean, communicative - reasonably priced and a smart / nice guy. recommended. ac kept turning off and not fully cooling- spent ~1 hour with the unit outside - uncovered unit was clogged , and charged reasonably as it was not a HUGE deal - others will bang you. -single mom who has to be careful not to be ripped off

We can't really say enough about how good Ray's service is. Our system is very unique - a commercial unit in a residential setting - and he's really brought it into the 21st Century. Ray and his team are honest and do what they say they'll do.

They answered the listing immediately. Came out within hours. The tech tried his best to fix the unit m. Got it up running again but it’s an old unit. Needs to be replaced. Ray’s responds quickly, is very knowledgeable, and reasaonable all around.

Called Ray and he set a time and showed up at that time on a Saturday. A/C was not working at all, just the inside fan would come on. He took a look and within 45 min mentioned that the a/c compressor was bad. I mention that the unit was about 9-10 year old. Ray reached for his phone and looked at the manufacturer web site and mention that the ac motor was still under warranty. Ray mention that he would contact manufacturer on Monday and would get back to me when he would have the compressor. It was Thursday when he returned a call saying that the following Tuesday he would come by to replace the ac compressor. Tuesday Ray and his crew came and replace the unit. Now Sunday and the unit is working great…. I did reach out to Ray and mention to him that the new ac compressor is a lot quieter than the old unit…… He charged me a fair price for labor.

Ray came right over and provided a simple Ray cam right away and was able fix to my air conditioner problem, and for a reasonable price. He was very pleasant, informative and easy to work with My system is quite old and won’t last a lot longer but the fix bought me a few years. I would recommend him to anyone?

On one of the hottest days of the season, my central air stopped blowing out cold air. I contacted Ray’s HVAC around 9:00am and was able to get an appointment for later that afternoon. I was relieved! Everything was fixed by 3:30pm. Ray and his technicians are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would hire them again.

Cost seemed to be ridiculously expensive. The cost is why I would not refer anyone to them, nor will I use them again for this reason

Yes the work was done well and efficiently, our ACs are working well now.

Responded quickly to request. Came to unit ready to work and got right to it after discussing problem. This was the first time I ever needed a repair service like this and it went well.

Isaiah, the service technician from Ray’s, did routine annual maintenance on my central air. My prior contractor retired and I had not had this done in a couple of years. Isaiah was through and answered my questions and concerns. I will be happy to use Ray’s services again.

The tech new his trade , called let me know what time they were going to arrive .. fixed the problem.and didn’t try to sell me on a yr to 2 yr contract… it’s nice …being a tech myself in another field where a tech comes figures out the the problem and fixes it .. Great job … definitely recommend
